Electrophysiology (e-phac)
The e-phac facility combines powerful in-vitro electrophysiology with image-based techniques in order to offer a comprehensive approach to study bioelectrical signaling in cells and tissues.
Our services include:
- Whole cell patch clamp of cell lines and primary cultured cells (excitable and non-excitable cells)
- Combined patch clamp and fluorescence imaging
- Full training in patch clamp for interested researchers in the context of scientific collaborations
