    Electrophysiology (e-phac)

    The e-phac facility combines powerful in-vitro electrophysiology with image-based techniques in order to offer a comprehensive approach to study bioelectrical signaling in cells and tissues.

    Our services include:

    • Whole cell patch clamp of cell lines and primary cultured cells (excitable and non-excitable cells)
    • Combined patch clamp and fluorescence imaging
    • Full training in patch clamp for interested researchers in the context of scientific collaborations
